Job Description
manage sales and delivery of IT projects (See JD):
- Actively build pipeline
- Build and manage relationships with various stakeholders from CIO down to Application managers inside of the IT and sourcing organizations.
- Increase Awareness of Wipro’s brand and service offerings.
- Identify opportunities proactively
- Manage and take overall ownership of proposals
- Work tightly with the offshore delivery organizations to ensure optimal staff allocation and excellence in delivery.
- Represent Wipro in steering group meetings.
- Act as single point of contact towards customer for all queries, issues and escalation
- Strong Motivation to build an account
- At least 7 yrs of experience in IT
- Previous onsite experience in a senior customer facing role of at least 2 years, ideally in Europe
- Willingness to live in Sweden for at least 2 years.
- Documented successful Sales Experience (at least 2 yrs)
- Documented Delivery experience – minimum project management for entire life cycle of one project
- Excellent skills in English both oral and written
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of Wipro as an organization
- Strong Customer orientation
- Strong commitment to deliver
- Good understanding of IT current trends & technologies (cloud, open source)
- Good understanding of SAP
- Bid Management and QA experience is a plus
- Background in consulting is a plus
