Summary: 
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations as the SAP FI stream lead, overseeing blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and business users, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
Drive workshops with business process owners to gather requirements and define to-be processes in line with SAP best practices.
Manage the complete lifecycle of the SAP FI solution, including integration with CO, MM, SD, and Treasury modules.
Provide strategic guidance and solution architecture for finance processes, leveraging innovations in S/4HANA such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, and New Asset Accounting.
Define and manage deliverables across project milestones, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Mentor and lead a team of functional consultants, assigning tasks, reviewing configurations, and guiding through issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Fiori, BASIS) to deliver custom enhancements and integrations.
Participate in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) discussions and design appropriate controls in SAP.

Professional & Technical Skills: 
•Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance
•Extensive knowledge of S4 HANA Implementation of Tax & FICO.
•Minimum 6-10+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in Finance.
•Minimum experience of 4+ implementation projects.
•Knowledge and hands-on experience across all SAP Finance modules and DevOps methodology.
•Good to have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA, Charm
•Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information: 
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
