Director - Business Development - Manufacturing
Role Description:
The Director of Sales is a sales role that requires tact, credibility, energy, and drive. This is a “hunter” role with a focus on outbound pursuit of new logos within the Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in direct sales roles with established knowledge of the required industry.
Role Dimension
· Develop a sales plan, including target accounts, acquisition and expansion strategies and a long-term growth.
· Prospect into target accounts, securing meaningful conversations with relevant senior leaders.
· Articulate and manage LTIMindtree complex sales cycles to present the value of LTIMindtree’ s Solutions to decision-makers.
· Develop and manage key relationships throughout assigned accounts, from technical individual contributors to C-level executives.
Ideal Candidate
· 12+ years of selling services and solutions into IT technology.
· Prior direct sales experience in required industry
· Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
· Previous Sales Methodology training, SaaS integration or applications experience, and strong customer references preferred.
· Demonstrated success managing the sales cycle from business/IT champion to C-level executives.
· A polished executive presence and poise that exudes credibility.
· Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
